During over two decades of executive experience in finance, she engaged with CEOs of leading Emerging Market corporations, evaluating their strategies and providing actionable feedback. She had responsibility for multi-billion dollar investments and made critical decisions on deals up to $100m and honed an acumen for high-stakes decision-making and superb performance. She mentored teams, developed talents, and coached employees to help them evolve into top-performing professionals and leaders who are recognised for their innovation and impact.
She built Impact Boards, an aspiring platform for Board Members, from the ground up and brought it to the market and the first funding round, when she realised that the concept of spirituality transcends the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework by incorporating deeper intangible aspects of human existence and organisational behaviour.
