CIRCLES
Yesterday I’ve attended an intimate circle on psychosomatics, and we have discussed, what is so special about circles.
For centuries, people have gathered in circles—around fires, for rituals, storytelling, or decision-making. Circles have deep historical and cultural significance, symbolising unity, equality, and shared purpose.
The continuous loop naturally fosters inclusion, connection, and balance, making it as relevant today as it was in the past.
🔵 Everyone is equal. In a circle, there’s no “head of the table.” Every participant holds the same position, encouraging mutual respect and inclusivity.
🔵 Everyone can see each other well. The arrangement encourages openness and dialogue, which can be a sharp contrast to our Zoom calls with cameras often off. Even though circles can be held online, too.
🔵 Energy flows freely. Circles allow for an unbroken exchange of ideas and emotions, nurturing trust and collaboration. Whether hands are held physically or imagined in virtual settings, the collective energy becomes a unifying force.
🔵 Uniting intentions. Circles are powerful for aligning a group’s focus toward a shared purpose, whether it’s solving a challenge, fostering cohesion, or creating a space for healing and growth, which amplifies energy going into the project.
Circles are more, than just an arrangement, circles represent values of equality and connection. They help us listen without judgment, engage authentically, and co-create environments of trust and support.
I hold two types of circles, which also go well together.
– Reiki circle, which is a joint meditation on a certain mutually beneficial outcome (corporate prosperity, successful deal closure, conflict resolution etc). As Reiki master I can power the circle with energy, or without it it also works on pure neuroscience!
– Sharing circle, which is a safe place to share ideas and opinions without judgement.
